The DIGIMAX A7 is a very convenient and useful digital camera. The A7 also has a 5x digital zoom which, when coupled with the 3x optical zoom, gives the camera a range from wide angle to telephoto.

MJPEG Movies with High-Compression and High-Quality in VGA at 30fps
The A7 supports MJPEG, a high-compression, high-quality movie format, which can record up to 4 to 6 times longer than MJPEG, the usual format for digital camera movies. With the A7, audio is recorded with the movie, and because there is no limit to the recording time, you can record movies for as long as the available memory permits. For clearer sharper movies, movies are recorded in VGA (640x480) at 30fps. You can select a definition from 640x480, 320x240 and 160x120.Fast Forward/Rewind and Pause functions during playback are added to the movie function,you can even capture still images. In addition, Pause and Successive Recording functions while recording have also been added to the movie function.
The A7 is equipped with a 32MB internal memory so that you can take plenty of pictures without using a memory card. This camera also has the facility to use an SD/MMC memory card.
