    EPE-5818af adopts LTC4263 in which with the functions of Power over Ethernet, and Power Sourcing Equipment. This product can easily extend the wired connection distance through the Ethernet cable which avoids the long power line that may cause any unexpected dangers to people.

    EPE-5818af is compliant with 802.3af PoE solution, it offers 48V/0.375A power supply with standard pin definition of Ethernet cable. Pin#1,2,3 and 6 with data transmission; pin # 4,5,7 and 8 with power enabled to device.

    The EPE-5818af generates safe power over category 5 cabling. By sending 48V, Ethernet terminals such as wireless LAN access point, IP phone, and web camera are powered remotely.
    It is especially design for outdoor networking facility and low port density installations.
