HiPath Hospitality Service Center (HHSC) V2.0 is a client-server application that is optimized for use in the hotel industry. It combines the features of the HiPath Realtime Communication System with a package of hotel service applications.

HHSC Compact is designed for the small to medium-sized hotel segment and a maximum of 50 rooms. With its integrated administration and switching system, HHSC Business is designed for hotels with up to 600 rooms.

Over and above the standard features of an attendant console, such as call acceptance,
consultation, connection, call hold, toggling, etc., the HiPath Hospitality Service Center attendant console also includes a room status display, a Do Not Disturb function, call forwarding for every guest extension, and the entry of wakeup call requests via the user interface (client console).
In addition, the integrated hotel management system allows the use of hotel-related functions such as check in and check out, reservations, bookings, room grid display and invoice generation via the invoice assistant. The HHSC software also includes call data recording for managing telephone charges incurred by hotel guests and administrative personnel, and for telephone box management.
